This too shall pass

Last sunday my little man had an accident, the boys were messing around and Ty fell and split his eyebrow open, blood EVERYWHERE! I had forgotten how much head wounds bleed. But my boy was so brave, cried when he done it and while I cleaned it up. Once the blood stopped flowing so fast he was fine. I had no bandages so Renee brought some over so we stuck his eyebrow back together. It really wasn't too bad, just looked bad with all the blood. He didn't cry at all when we were patching him up either, so glad Renee was here to help as he became an octopus LOL


Anyway, I just had to scrap it!

Omg finally

I have finally gotten off my ass and have done something about going back to studying! Today I enrolled at Open Universities www.open.edu.au I start studying mid August when the term starts. Im doing 2 units, they are refreshers type units to get back into studying as they dont have the actual grade levels of 10, 11 and 12. Im so excited yet shitting myself too! I haven't seriously studied since high school in 1999 :o I did do an interior design course in hmm 2001 but I never finished it and there wasn't much study involved in that actually. I just hope I can handle it with the kids and the house etc. At least the T's are at day care 3 days a week so the monday and wednesday Ill have to study plus nights.


The kids beds are finally getting delivered tomorrow! I can't wait! Ive been cleaning their rooms this afternoon so they are ready for the beds. Dad is coming over in the arvo to help put them together so Im going to hopefully have the old ones down by down.


I brought a new vacuum cleaner today, it is awesome, it has 3 different power settings for the sucking thing, its great and the strong one is so good! Ours floors were horrible as Ive only had a broom for over a week.

Next week Im going to have to get stuck into cleaning my room, and the filing cabinet which Ive wanted to do for AGES but keep putting off. I went searching for out birth certificates yesterday but couldn't find them :o so its definitely time to clean it out!


Well Im chilling out with a beer and had better start dinner soon, just having frozen pizza will chuck a few of our own things on it though before i chuck it in the oven.

Getting somewhere

with Gavin finally it seems! YAY Had a meeting with his school on monday, the Guidance Officer is pushing for a paed appointment with the head paed in our area. Appointment should be next week sometime, just waiting for a call with the time etc. The school has also recommended I look into respite services. So I called around today but we need to be in with DSQ so I had to call them too to get application papers. Ive had issues of sorts with DSQ previously, last time I called about a month ago they were rude and said they couldn't help us, now they can, idiots! Anyways at least all thats been started, finally. Im quite excited about the appointment with the paed. The GO seems to think they will trial a new medication as what he's on now just isn't working for him. Ive also heard great stuff about Dr Jasper and Ive seen him with Trinity a couple times.


Now its just a waiting game....

Birthday Boy!

Happy birthday Tyrese!!!! Mummy loves you baby. I cant believe my little man is 3!!! The boys were awake at 5.30 wanting to open presents, I caved at 6 LOL They've been inside playing with this big loader, mowers, broom and a dump truck, oh and Ty has been wearing his helmet ROFL Once it warms up we are going to go outside and Ty can ride his brand new bike around! He looks so cute on it and so big! he had a test drive last night when Poppy put it together for him :)

Finally

I have my nerve specialist appointment about my hand coming up. Sunday I train it down to Nambour for my monday appointment and come home monday night :) Kids will be in day care which I have finally finished organising, just have to pack the rest of their stuff on sunday and they are set :D

I cant wait to see Rachel, and have a huggle of Stephen, Im soooo clucky! I brought Stephen a little pressie today, hehe tis so cute! Its so weird shopping for a boy though after having Trinity LOL


My darling mummy brought me a jacket today! From Rivers, that is such a cool shop, we have a clearance store here and they have fab prices! The jacket was originally $120 but down to $50, thats amazing! They have some gorgeous kids stuff too! Their sizing is quite generous too I have discovered :)

Trinity's 1st Birthday Party

So I thought it was about time I done some LO's from Trinity' party. Her party was on the 2nd february at our house, we just had a bbq lunch. It was a great day, all the kids had a blast and Trinity loved all the atention. Here are 3 LO's I have done so far.

Head Wound

*sigh* what a night. Gav and his friends brought Ty inside a bit before dark with blood everywhere! They were playing and Gav threw a rock and accidentally hit Ty in the head :( my poor babe. He was so brave though. He barely cried till I wanted to clean it then he screamed blue murder. Here are a couple pics. Im on the hunt for a kir to do a LO of it atm
